I originally trained as an Art Therapist and worked within the NHS. During this time I began to study the Alexander Technique and later to train for three years as an Alexander Technique teacher. For the last 25 years I have been practising in Totnes and abroad. In Totnes I teach privately and at Totnes Natural Health Centre
